In partnership with the Prairie Organic Grain Initiative (POGI), the University of Manitoba is offering the Organic Agronomy Training Program.

The next sessions will be in Saskatoon, Sask. on Jan. 10, 2017 and Lacombe, Alta. on Jan. 12, 2017.

Agronomists and others who are interested in providing agronomic advice to organic and ecological farmers will be equipped with data-gathering and decision support tools, and be trained in organic grain production. The program includes in-person meetings and ongoing support beyond the meetings.

New participants are welcome to the winter 2017 sessions.
